Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the testinspector.ai website and the waitlist. TestInspector is not released yet, so most of what follows is about setting honest expectations for a product that does not exist in your hands.

1. Who you are agreeing with

This site is operated by Astaqc Consulting (astaqc.com), referred to below as "we" or "us". By using the site or joining the waitlist you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What the waitlist is

A list of people who want to hear when TestInspector opens for early access. Joining it:

• is free and creates no account;
• does not guarantee you access, at any particular time or at all;
• does not entitle you to a place in any order, even where a position number is shown;
• creates no contract to supply software, and no payment obligation on either side.

Access is granted in batches at our discretion, and we may change how we prioritise it.

3. Pre-release status

TestInspector is in development. Descriptions on this site are statements of intent, not of a finished product. Features may be added, changed or dropped. The product may be delayed indefinitely, or cancelled without ever being released. Nothing here is a commitment to build or ship any particular capability.

4. Using the site

Please do not:

• submit an address that is not yours, or sign anyone up without their knowledge;
• submit automated, bulk or repeated signups, or otherwise abuse the form;
• attempt to gain access to administrative areas, the database, or any part of the service you have not been given access to;
• probe, scan or test the security of the site, or interfere with its operation;
• scrape or systematically extract content from the site.

We rate limit signups and may block access that looks abusive.

5. Content and intellectual property

The TestInspector name, wordmark, copy, design and code on this site belong to Astaqc Consulting. You may link to the site freely. You may not copy, republish or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

6. No warranty

The site and the waitlist are provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that emails will arrive. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Because the waitlist is free and no payment is taken, our total liability in connection with it is limited to resupplying the service or, where that is not possible, to nil.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your email address is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Links out

Where we link to other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Ending your participation

You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us. We may remove any entry that breaches these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this URL with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of Astaqc Consulting, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
